Week 18: Back To Nordstrom

Yes, I know you all thought I’d quit this project on you. But, I’m back. I did take a few weeks off, to try to regroup. I’m not sure if I was successful, but I am going to push on.

So, today I decided that I should return to Nordstrom and explore their selection. I didn’t have the same wonderful customer service experience I had before, I actually didn’t see any sales person at all. Which is fine, sometimes it’s nice to just browse. I was mainly focused on trying to find  a new brand that I haven’t tried before.

What I got:

I settled on a set by Kensie with sort of a soft sweet pink print. This is definitely not the most mature set I’ve purchased, actually quite contrary. The print is sort of juvenile, but I think it is pretty. And, everything I’ve purchased so far has been more grown-up or just plain. So, I think I was entitled to a slightly immature set.

The bra is just a regular padded but not pushup bra. The thing I like about it best is the extra elastic in the band. Instead of just the three sets of two hooks with light elastic it has just three sets of one hooks with enough elastic to scrunch the material. I think it will be very comfortable! The bra is made of 72% Nylon and 28% Spandex. I paid $36 for it.

The panties are a standard brief, with little lace details and a little peep-hole in the back. The material is so soft that I think these will prove to be very comfortable also. The panties are made of the same Nylon Spandex blend and I paid $12 for them.

Overall, I think that this is the most comfortable and smooth material I’ve found yet. I am pretty sure that this set wont be life changing, but I think it will be great for everyday.
